If you’re a supported user or current subscriber, you’ll automatically be given access and will receive an email notification with your user ID and password. If you don’t receive notification, please contact your account manager or email support@arbutussoftware.com and provide your name, company name and software serial number which can be found in Analyzer under the Help | About Arbutus Analyzer menu.
